Great company who redid the roof on our attached garage and address some issues with rotted out footing. Went above and beyond what was asked and great price for high quality work.
Andy and his team did a partial roof replacement and repair for us last week. Things happened on schedule, the crew was quick and efficient, and our yard was immaculate when they were done! Great work for a fair price! We will definitely use them when it is time to finish the other side!
I had a roof vent installed by another roofing company. It was supposed to be for a range hood but was for a unconditioned attic and had no damper which made it useless. Andy understood exactly what part was needed and swapped it out for the proper style vent. He was quick and efficient. He was clean, very professional. His price was fair and reasonable and he knows his trade. I highly recommend Andy.
I requested quotes from a few roofing companies. Andy from Labrador Roofing was one of them. When others were just walking around while measuring wheels, Andy was the only person who went into my attic and checked what type of ventilation my house needed. He gave me an awesome price. His company is locally located, and I decided to help it. He got the permit and started the work in 2 weeks of time. Roofing crew came and finished their work in a day. Awesome work! I am so happy about it
Andy recently installed a new downspout for us and did a fantastic job! He was a great communicator, completed the task on time and did a great job!
