Not too bad a wait time - went on a weekday morning and waited about half an hour, staff were very nice and efficient. But they promised results within 2 days, and now it’s been 4 days with no results. Emailed the help desk with no response, called their customer service and, after I waited on hold for 6 hours, they disconnected the call. I understand they’re swamped with everyone getting tested for the holidays, but there was no transparency about what happened here.
Didn't get results in time, got it 3.5 days after testing.
The line moves fairly quickly. I got there 8:45 (15 minutes before it says it opens) and waited 30 minutes. I didn’t realize there was an intake form so I fumbled around and quickly got it done on the spot but then the swabbing was easy and I got my results in about 41 hours.
