After a less than stellar experience at one of their testing facilities, I emailed QLabs directly about my concerns. Their customer service response was incredible. Not only did they contact me within hours of my email, but they re-tested me the same day.
Smoothest COVID-19 testing process. Scan QR code, get lab labels wait on line and boom testing done. Longest I waited was 30-40 minutes which is great considering the blocks long lines I've seen. I've been here about 3 times.
Today was my 3rd time visiting and it’s always been very efficient and speedy. On a weekday, it took 5 minutes at most.
