It has been over a week and a half after I had my nasal swab completed for the PCR test. Still no results. Have tried calling in and they just tell me to keep waiting. Do not get tested here.
Went for test this afternoon around 3pm at this location (14th street south by Union Square). The black woman who was collecting the samples was extremely rude . I have never been treated by a service provider so rudely. It seems that she really hated her job. She must be gratified by upsetting the clients.
Never received my result. No way to contact customer support.
I had a nasal swab done for PCR and blood sample taken for antibody test on a Monday at 6pm. Today is Thursday 9 pm, 75 hours later and still no results! They kept saying it's pending, it's pending, it's pending. And the people at the mobile van are completely useless. You would think that with another surge happening in the city, they would process the samples more efficiently so people can act and respond accordingly based on their test result! It doesn't matter if it's free if you will never get your results! Unbelievable... read more
