The realtor and the manager do not allow the seller to terminate the listing when the seller expressed serious dissatisfaction with their services. The manager demanded for money for the “effort” the realtor made. One of the listings is a pre-sale that requires urgent assignment. The realtor couldn’t find a proper buyer, the seller wants to find her own family’s relative to buy it, but the realtor didn’t want to take down the listing so that he can charge a realtor fee on the assignment between seller’s extended family.
