I was 5 minutes late for my 4:50pm lab appointment due to traffic all the way from N Fort Worth and a swollen knee i was hobbling on. I arrive to the lab check-in area gate rolling down on the office at 4:55pm when they don't close until 5pm. I asked someone coming out if it was at all possible to take me since I'd come all that way, but they said no. Didn't care at all that they're closing early or that I was hustling in on a busted knee the best I could to make my appointment. Cutting out early. No compassion. No empathy. ... read more
