Able to make appointments online. Quick and easy, never a crowded waiting room.
I’m sick , bed driven, and hardly leave my house. I had to go to this lab.(as the closest to mine) to run urgent lab work ordered with my Neurologist. I had the orders on my phone with their QR codes and barcodes, but a rude big young red head with glasses, refused to run my blood work claiming that I have to HAVE the physical paper of the order and NOT the electronic copy 🥹🥹 I asked for a printer at multiple desks but nobody helped me and many just refused to.
