The female that sits in the office NOT the lab. Is incredible rude, two separate encounters with her now. Next time I’ll be matching your energy. Misty drew my blood- couldn’t feel a thing and incredibly pleasant.
I made an appointment for 6 PM and had the place to myself. Misty drew my blood and I didn’t feel a thing! Also she was hilarious and helped make the experience quick and easy and as painless as possible
