Terrible experience. I had to go three times because of a lack of information and poor planning on their end. When they finally drew my blood the third time it was after waiting an hour and a half which then made me late for work, plus they did only half the ordered labs with that draw, so I now have to go back a fourth time to finish the orders. Please don't waste your time here.
The service and Saturday convenience was great.

I just had service at the lab for my 14 month old. I can't thank everyone enough for the wonderful service that we received. Upon check in, I expressed my concerns about the blood draw with the person processing my insurance, and she made sure that a senior technician that had experience with children would be available. We were ushered back into a room shortly thereafter, and the technician was so gentle and caring with my little one - Debbie made the experience less scary, and was very efficient with the blood draw. There was a major disconnect between hospital and Dr for pathology results. Then lab messed up bloodwork and did wrong labs and will do nothing to own up to their errors. They just advised their lab is entry level and often makes mistakes (not a great thing to hear.) Do not recommend.
