Ppl are friendly. If you have the hours to wait for a simple blood draw then it's ok. But normally you will be here 2 to 4 hours. I think they can do better than what they are doing.
Everyone is very friendly! I had to go 2 weeks in a row and Jasmine that did my first check-in was so great and personable! I was waiting to get an email to give my feedback like I get from Adventist when I am seen at a doctors office so I could give her and the techs great reviews.. Then to add to the great customer service, when I went in the following week Jasmine walked by me while I was in the waiting area and remembered me and was so friendly!
