I had a “5 minute” wait on their list when I arrived at 7:15 am, for a Fasting blood draw. But new names would appear ahead of mine on the wait list. I was bumped down and up over and over. I left after over an hour wait, hangry. You have no idea what your wait time will really be. You feel duped as well as disappointed.
