I had a “5 minute” wait on their list when I arrived at 7:15 am, for a Fasting blood draw. But new names would appear ahead of mine on the wait list. I was bumped down and up over and over. I left after over an hour wait, hangry. You have no idea what your wait time will really be. You feel duped as well as disappointed.
I’ve never been to a place where taking blood hurt so much & blood ran down my arm & had to be bandaged up twice! Never going back here even though it’s next door to my dr’s office!
I have used Ohio Health Laboratory Services-Gahanna for 30+ years Their services, staff, parking, timeliness, everything have always been 5 out of 5 stars for me.
This lab used to be the Best - walk in and get immediate service with no appt. Ohio Health made a big mistake out sourcing lab services to Quest. They do not have adequate staff and clients must wait excessively long times for service. I will request that my doctor send future lab work requests to a different provider. It's a shame since my doctor is in the same building.
