Could be faster,more efficient
Avi in the lab is the best technician. He makes the whole experience painless.
Went in for blood work on a Saturday and I get call on a Monday to say that it was never sent to Woburn to have it analyzed. They blamed their delivery person but It’s still the lab’s fault. There was never any follow up and they waited two days to tell me. Lack of leadership and just plain lazy. Had to reschedule my doctor’s appointment because they’re nothing to discuss. The woman I spoke wasn’t very apologetic which further proves the lack of leadership. Just go straight to Beverly. They have in house labs.
