I hesitated for years to write a complaint or concern about this (I am 59 years old). I have always had a problem with getting blood tests and years ago at your facility when I did pass out the tech told me to “let us know whenever you come to the lab”, we can lay you down and now I am told that there is not a place that they can do that. Really like these people. They took what they needed and left me plenty. 5 stars, would definitely do again.
The blood draw was not what I expected, based on the very professional manner I have been accustomed to in Ann Arbor and also, in Chelsea. I was the only patient in the waiting room and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. I could see one of the phlebotomists struggling with her computer program for the entire time I just sat and watched her. No one greeted me or said they will be with me soon.
