Really like these people. They took what they needed and left me plenty. 5 stars, would definitely do again.
The blood draw was not what I expected, based on the very professional manner I have been accustomed to in Ann Arbor and also, in Chelsea. I was the only patient in the waiting room and was completely ignored for 20 minutes. I could see one of the phlebotomists struggling with her computer program for the entire time I just sat and watched her. No one greeted me or said they will be with me soon. I have had my bloodwork done here many times. Everyone is always very pleasant, and efficient. The blood draw is fast and painless. They do a great job.
