First time there. The wife and I both needed bloodwork. The person that had my wife was very rude. The person that drew mine was ok but short computer skills. Guess we were spoiled when the lab was in Sodus. Was told that the people that were in Sodus are now in Wolcott, guess where we’ll be going next time.
What a dump! Inside to run medical services in northern WC and this place is an embarrassment. The place is unkept with trash in the floor and overflowing trash can next to the seat to get lab draws. And a vacuum cleaner right next to your left arm. The lab tech did a fine job drawing blood but both employees act like they didn’t want to work that day. It is exactly what I expect from RRH’s respect for our community: nothing.
Nicole has been doing my blood draws for years and she is the most skilled & gentle phlebotomist! She's the only person I trust to do a pain-free draw!!
The people at Williamson lab are amazing. It’s the only place I will take my son with Down Syndrome. Nicole has been doing it for years and he really likes her. She has earned his trust and sits in the chair all by himself with no crying. They have truly made a huge difference for him.
