Walked in and entered my name in sign in, no wait time. Called me right away. Was in & out in 5 minutes. Very friendly employees!
I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The tech was very polite and friendly. My only complaint was that there is no sign on the building. Maps initially directed me to the back of the building. I rang a bell and the nice woman who came to the door told me the lab was in the front.
AFTER IMPLEMENTING SOME NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM TO SIGN IN, I OPTED FOR NO... THEY USED TO HAVE TAKE A NUMBER, AND I NEVER HAD TO DO THAT EITHER... THEY SAID THEY CAN'T HELP ME IF I DON'T SIGN IN SO THEY BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHO TO HELP NEXT AND IT GOES TO THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM... BEING THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL IN THE OFFICE OR THE ONLY PATIENT IN THE OFFICE, IT WAS PRETTY EVIDENT AND CLEAR WHO TO HELP NEXT... I WILL NOT PARTICIPATE...
First time there. The wife and I both needed bloodwork. The person that had my wife was very rude. The person that drew mine was ok but short computer skills. Guess we were spoiled when the lab was in Sodus. Was told that the people that were in Sodus are now in Wolcott, guess where we’ll be going next time.
What a dump! Inside to run medical services in northern WC and this place is an embarrassment. The place is unkept with trash in the floor and overflowing trash can next to the seat to get lab draws. And a vacuum cleaner right next to your left arm. The lab tech did a fine job drawing blood but both employees act like they didn’t want to work that day. It is exactly what I expect from RRH’s respect for our community: nothing.
