TWICE in one week the same phlebotomist failed to drawn enough blood resulting in me having to bring my less than 2 week old baby in for TWO redraws. This is a completely avoidable mistake and while awful for anyone to have to do two redraws within a week, is especially brutal for a newborn. Additionally, neither time when going in for the redraw was anyone apologetic towards us. Extremely frustrated with our experience.
No wait and calm atmosphere compared to big hospital labs. Did get bad bruising from needle going in too deep
I have been to this lab 3 times and each time the technician was subpar. They are very unfriendly and leave terrible bruising after blood draws. I will be going elsewhere from here on out.
