I took my 9 year old in for and appointment and she saw Janet. My daughter was quite nervous and Janet walked her through everything and “did” a blood draw on her stuffed animal. She was personable and helped to really set my daughter’s mind at ease. She was able to draw her blood without even a tear. We would definitely recommend her!
I have been to this lab Corp several times with no issues but management is over booking/understaffing this place. I arrived for my 9:45 appointment to find 8 other patients waiting. I was told it would be an extremely long wait so I should go to Goshen location since they had 2 techs. Went to Goshen location and was in and out within 15 minutes
It took three trips to Lab Corp to get a blood test that should have only taken one trip. Save yourself the aggravation and try Garnet Health, it's just down the road.
Well I drove 30 minutes in hopes the Middletown LabCorp hours were correct on their google page to get there to find out they are not open on saturdays. Smh. I would highly recommend they update their hours because they are only open Monday-Friday. Smh. Now I have to drive out 30 minutes first thing Monday in hopes my oncologist gets my blood test results before I have Chemo on Tuesday morning. I’m beyond upset right now. Such a waste of my time! 😡😡😡
The wait was really long.
