Great Independent laboratory.
During this pandemic a lot of businesses are worried about safety. As cautious as this business is, they sill treated me with respect and were very professional. They stated the results would be released in 24-48 hours. I received my results in less than 5 hours. Thanks.
The laboratory staff was very attentive to my needs, they did not shield me from getting tested for covid...they treated me like a human being and not like a test subject. They are a wonderful place of business.
Had a 10 am appointment for a covid test that is time sensitive for an upcoming flight and they weren’t even open. No one in the office. Someone was trying to talk to me on a Ring doorbell outside the office and I couldn’t even understand what they were saying. The Psychiatrist next door came out to say he had no idea where the staff is and was unsure why they weren’t open well after their listed business hours. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
