I want to acknowledge that the phlebotomists are always professional and quick, and I truly appreciate their work. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk check-in lady has not been positive, on multiple occasions she comes across as rude during my visits for lab work.
The way they treat patients is just wild. Also the toilet was leaking water all over the floor and they said oh well
Office staff was great. Then I got lab asst Karina and she was AWFUL!! First off, she doesn’t speak very good or clear English and secondly she SUCKS at drawing blood. She kept trying to stick me in the same place until I finally snapped at her to try the other arm! That broad does NOT know what she’s doing. And she stunk so bad. Wayyyy too much perfume and it wasn’t even a good smelling perfume it was cheap Crap. Don’t let KARINA take your blood unless you like being stuck multiple times with a needle! 🤬
The phlebotomists are skilled and pleasant. The desk staff have always been nice to me.
