They are open. This is the lab we always use and have had wonderful experiences each time. Very friendly and efficient! :)
Blonde receptionist/lab tech very rude. I was warned by other people she is difficult. I have been sitting here for an hour. I am the first name on the sign in sheet. Was told i should go to st. Lukes since i had not been to this office before. I just switched to mclarens from promedica. I will be going back to promedica after this. Sad excuse for healcare.
My labs never made it to McLaren’s Hospital for my scheduled test. They couldn’t tell me why. I will be going to ProMedica for future medical treatment.
Extremely understaffed and slowwwwwww!
