I've been a walk-in to have my blood drawn here twice. I had a different phlebotomist each time and they were both very smooth and quick. Didn't even feel a pinch. Wish I knew their names so I could give them credit.
When they say open to 7am to 4pm you expect them to be able to draw your blood but nope having to drive somewhere else that will help. Switch your hours to say when your unavailable, some people can only do it on their lunch and expect to be able to when it says the place is open..
Do not get your labs done here. They don't bother to schedule appointments and when you do eventually remember to go, their system will be down and they won't be able to draw your blood anyway. All that money for a new hospital yet they can't even bother to fix their technology.
If you're going to let people make appointments online, you should probably make sure the system knows when you're closed. I showed up for my fasting bloodwork and the doors were locked.
First time going here and it’s usually hard to get get a vein because my veins usually disappear and the tech got it right away, I didn’t even feel it
