I had a great experience when applying for my phlebotomy (CPT 1) california state license. I had accepted a job and needed my license within 3 weeks to be able to start. Although I submitted my information additional information (My high school transcript) was needed. I had questions and concerns. Although they didn't answer the phone they responded to ALL 17 of my emails within 24 hrs of my sending them and inquiring about my application. This place is TERRIBLE when it comes to processing your certification or license on time. I submitted my application prior to sending in my transcripts. I do not recommend doing this, because they review first-time applications faster than they re-review deficient applications. It had been a month with NO RESPONSE from them, despite their call center confirming that my applications had been received by them. A month went by and it was complete silence from their end.
