I been trying to get my license for over a MONTH!! I been calling emailing them and with no avail !!!
I had a great experience when applying for my phlebotomy (CPT 1) california state license. I had accepted a job and needed my license within 3 weeks to be able to start. Although I submitted my information additional information (My high school transcript) was needed. I had questions and concerns. This place is TERRIBLE when it comes to processing your certification or license on time. I submitted my application prior to sending in my transcripts. I do not recommend doing this, because they review first-time applications faster than they re-review deficient applications. It had been a month with NO RESPONSE from them, despite their call center confirming that my applications had been received by them. A month went by and it was complete silence from their end.
