If I could give a zero, I would. They do not take phone calls. The recording says to send an email. Well that doesn't work either. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Maybe they should put up a job opportunity if they need staff because this is very unacceptable.

I had a great experience when applying for my phlebotomy (CPT 1) california state license. I had accepted a job and needed my license within 3 weeks to be able to start. Although I submitted my information additional information (My high school transcript) was needed. I had questions and concerns. Although they didn't answer the phone they responded to ALL 17 of my emails within 24 hrs of my sending them and inquiring about my application.
