They didn't have any appointments for the next week and a half to two weeks and I got there 10 minutes after they opened. Waited almost 3 hours and didn't have my blood drawn yet so I had to leave because I had a contractor waiting at my house for me. Other people that had appointments were waiting close to an hour. One person was drawing blood and they had almost 20 people waiting at any given moment.
I have visited 2 different Labcorp sites. Both were terrible. Staff is rude and wait times are terrible.
Where are you go you’re gonna have some good service and Subaru Side Service it’s just depends what’s going on that day. I will save for me I’ve been there several times and been well taken care of particularly by my friend from New York and she’s a Yankee fan
You all seriously need to get your act together. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN. You'll only find wasted time and attitudes here.
The phlebotomists are very nice, and good at what they do! However, no one answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. I went there and they didn’t have my orders, so I’ve been calling the past month to see if they have them now and no one has ever answered or called me back. I don’t want to waste a trip over there for nothing again.
