So I came in here for some bloodwork after my physician told me to do a walk-in. I was confused as to what to do since I've never had phlebotomy work done this way (only in hospitals and the back of an ambulance) so I told the lady, my situation. She looked for a second, started typing again, and rudely said, “Go there and check in first like everyone else.” I respectfully did so. I didn't have my insurance card and told her. The best experience I could have expected, having my blood drawn. There were two young ladies working. Both were amazing. I was a bit unprepared and they were kind and patient. They helped me at the counter and having my blood drawn was a breeze. Thanks a lot!
