Personel at the front desk are very impersonal. Don't even make eye contact with you when you come up. They often juar continue to look at their computer screens. Even with an appointment and no one in the waiting room you are going to wait.

Avoid this location. Checked in to kiosk as instructed and dropped off specimen. Two weeks later, no results and no one seems to care. Made multiple calls and have been ignored.

I was in and out by my appointment time because they weren't busy. Check in staff was friendly. The African gentleman Achie who drew my blood was delightful to chat with. Overall a great experience.

This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and dirty! they lady who TRIED to draw my blood dropped stuff on the floor and threw stuff away with her gloves on before she touched me. She tried four times to take my blood and literally left bruises on me with her hands. Leaving the room with the strap tied to my arm forgetting that it was there was the cherry on top of the cake. She was awful. This place does not uphold what I’ve seen at other labs. If you are coming from the pediatrician spare your children the pain of this place.
