This business never answers its phone and doesn't return calls from customers when they leave messages--even though their voicemail greeting indicates they will do so. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Hello I just wanted to get on here and say a few things. I bring my parents and some of their friends to this lab location quite a bit. I have a recommendation for anyone interested in reading this review. Take the majority of these negative reviews with a rather large grain of salt. Once again, a terrible experience at this Labcorp location. I have submitted a second complaint with Labcorp, although I don't expect them to do anything about it. When I submitted my first complaint, I spoke with someone on the phone and put it in writing and someone was supposed to follow up with me and never did and I was never able to reach them again. One of the worst experiences I've had in healthcare. I got a new job which required me to get a drug screen at LabCorp. I received the registration on Monday and went in to get it done in the afternoon. They do not advertise that they stop employer drug screens at 1pm, nor do they explain it. When I got there on Monday they said they are not doing drug screenings anymore today, and I thought that meant that their walk-ins were full. That was it. Great experience with them today! Quick and efficient. Sheri did an amazing job drew my blood quickly and painless! I am really hard to get blood drawn from and she got it the 1st time. Thank you!
