Disorganized and chaotic. Despite having an appt they would not see me because their system was down and I needed a PAPER authorization. I wish Providence had not switched providers because these guys suck.
Wow, I don't understand why there are negative reviews. This lab is in a nice medical building, it's easy to find, there's plenty of parking, and it's clean and well kept. The best thing is that I am sometimes difficult to draw blood from but, I had the easiest blood draw ever, I didn't even feel any pain at all. The phlebotomist who served me is named Stephanie, she used a straight 21 gage vaccutainer needle to draw several tubes of blood and it was so painless and easy! I am so upset with my experience. The lady taking my blood was named Sherry. Be warned of this lady. She was so incredibly rude and awful to me. I’m actually in shock. I’ve never been treated this poorly before. Before meeting this awful woman, I went from being so happy after getting to see my baby for the first time on an ultrasound in a clinic upstairs to getting blood drawn at this clinic to find out the gender with Sherry- who was treating me with so much disrespect and made me feel like I was burdening her. Definitely make an appointment online if you can. That should cut your wait time down from 1.5 hrs to 30 minutes. Small waiting room given how long they keep people waiting. Some of the staff were kind. Others were audibly complaining about their job. The text notifications kind of work, but safer to stay in the waiting room and wait to hear your name.
This is by far the worst lab I’ve been to. It is essentially a factory. In addition, the clerks are unnecessarily rude.
