Front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful

If you can do your labs anywhere else, I strongly recommend you do that. This location is awful. They are constantly running low on workers and the staff that are present are about as dry as it comes. Making an appointment is useless because you’ll still end up waiting 30-60 mins. I’ve waited for over an hour and a half before. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s also important to know that they don’t do any STAT labs.
Lab testing for sick people. Nowhere near enough seats. I'm just a payment to them. Open heart surgery a week and a half ago. Someone was kind enough to give up their seat, but I'm feeling guilty as others come in and stand. Again - just a number to them.
12/10/25 my husband and I had a very bad experience with labcorp. My husband's lab test was delayed being drawn for 24 hours due to staff storage. We were told my husband needed to make an app on line because they could not do the lab test that day. I went home and tried to make an app for the following day. Impossible! There were no apps available for 4 days! We went back in 4 days later and we waited an hour and a half with an app. Providence is going to lose patients and may have already with these kinds of lab services. ... read more
