Adele was amazing!!! She really made the experience worthwhile and made me feel comfortable. She needs a raise!!!!
I had an appointment scheduled at Labcorp for 1:30 PM, and due to having a busy schedule, I made sure to arrive and sign in nearly 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, as of 2:00 PM, I still had not been seen. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. When appointments are scheduled for a specific time, patients should not have to wait over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or updated. I would like to commend Miss Adele for the exceptional care she provided. She was very understanding of my situation, especially after I had a difficult experience at the Labcorp Paragon branch.
