Extremely friendly and fast maybe wasn’t there 30 minutes
They are some cool females up there, they are just not in a playing mood. I respect that , but they do their job and I ain’t have no problems.
Rude staff on 3/14/2025 at 1 PM. The technician was rude and stated that she works by herself. She talked very fast as she was given directions and instructions. I am not familiar with the procedure or the layout of the building. She yelled and said go in bathroom with the number 2. All of the bathroom doors were open, where I could not see the number 2 on the doors. When I asked her where bathroom 2 is, she yelled and said," You don't see bathroom 2 over there?" I understand appointments go before walk-ins, but I don't really understand the long wait times for something that will take me two minutes (employment screen). Be ready to wait for a long time.
