I am just leaving LabCorp getting labs done with my son and I am just disgusted that one lady is working all alone! Ms. Adele is checking people in, answering questions, drawing blood you name it! This lady is doing 3 to 4 jobs easy and this is unacceptable! Where is her help? Why is she being worked like this???? This is terrible! LabCorp you should be ashamed of yourselves. I made an appointment at the Kirby location and had to wait an excessive amount of time! When I finally got waited on, it was because there was only one employee working there totally unacceptable! The girl was doing all she could, but it’s too much for one person to run. I was skeptical about coming to this lab based on previous reviews. There was only person working working. She managed the front check in as well as the lab draw. Adele had a great attitude. I had made an appointment and arrived early .I was out before my scheduled appointment time.
Adele was wonderful this morning! I was nervous about having blood drawn and she was so kind - and she is a PRO. I barely felt anything and it was over before I knew it! I had an appointment at 9, but arrived around 840 to check in. I was out by 855! Can't recommend this site enough. Adele is running a one-woman ship and she's doing it spectacularly.
Adele is literally a 1 of 1 !! She handles the business and the workload. There was so many people in the facility and I do believe she was by herself. I didn’t see anyone else and she was doing literally 3-4 jobs by herself. She had it running smoothly. She was quick, pleasant, refreshing and I love how no matter her responsibility she was still very nice to everyone ! Some people would be stressed or mad and start taking that out on the patients there to be serviced. She didn’t bend, break or fold. Thanks Adele !!!
