I had an appointment scheduled at Labcorp for 1:30 PM, and due to having a busy schedule, I made sure to arrive and sign in nearly 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, as of 2:00 PM, I still had not been seen. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. When appointments are scheduled for a specific time, patients should not have to wait over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or updated. I would like to commend Miss Adele for the exceptional care she provided. She was very understanding of my situation, especially after I had a difficult experience at the Labcorp Paragon branch. Her kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference, and she ensured that my needs were met even later in the afternoon. I truly appreciate her dedication and compassion. Despite being the only worker in the building Adele Brown provided excellent service. She managed all jobs and still adhered to the flow of the customers. She deserves more recognition and appreciation. She is a great fit to the job and never complained. However as a customer it would be great coming into the establishment and seeing this worker supported with the help of additional coworkers. I am just leaving LabCorp getting labs done with my son and I am just disgusted that one lady is working all alone! Ms. Adele is checking people in, answering questions, drawing blood you name it! This lady is doing 3 to 4 jobs and this is unacceptable! It is very obvious that Ms. Adele is a hardworker. Where is her help? Why is she being worked like this???? This is terrible!
