Horrible customer service need to hone customer service skills
Always a pleasant and speedy visit with the great employees here
I've been in labcorp on Toepperwein a few times. Since the last time I was there they installed check in computer screens. They were quite easy to use. Even though I didn't have an appointment (that was new) I was seen in 15 minutes or so. Rebecca, the phlebotomist, has "mad skills" I told her. She had multiple orders from 2 doctors that took no time because she types so fast! I was in again 2-3 weeks later with new orders, signed in at the computer, waited 5 minutes with no appointment and saw Mad Skills Rebecca. I was out ... read more
