instead of being told “Hey we only drug screen from two to four.” the rude girl said “were you planning on being here until 2” train your people better.
I was nervous to bring my daughter here after seeing reviews but it was our insurance preferred lab. This was her first time getting blood work, we didn't have an appointment but came before 8 am and she was called back as soon as we checked in. The woman (I dont recall her name) who helped us was wonderful, understanding and patient.
Didn’t have to wait long, but the person who took my blood….. her last name is Baxter? Not too sure but her first name starts with an M and last name starts with a B….. anyway, She did not stick me correctly. I’ve donated plasma plenty of times before and each time my arm is extended during the needle stick as well as when they take blood samples. I was confused when M.B. told me to relax my arm to have it resting on the arm rest in a “L” shape instead of extended outward…. and too shocked and nauseous to speak up after she ... read more
