One staff member ruins this location. She is very condescending and rude especially to the elderly and uneducated patients. Becomes dismissive and argumentative over simple questions. She needs to be reported and find a different career path.*** if your insurance allows Quest go there !!! ***
Absolutely no one to help you check in. They called someone back and was finally able to ask the question since our insurance is different than normal and they tell me just to bypass it but not HOW to bypass it. You can here them right there but they refuse to answer. THE most unprofessional place I have ever been. I will never utilize this location ever again.
Came in grouchy, but Becky, and the staff, made it a very pleasant experience
Didn’t have to wait long, but the person who took my blood….. her last name is Baxter? Not too sure but her first name starts with an M and last name starts with a B….. anyway, She did not stick me correctly. I’ve donated plasma plenty of times before and each time my arm is extended during the needle stick as well as when they take blood samples. The reception in the front is very rude and the lab tech. The female lab tech is very rude as well. Does not know how to talk to special-needs patients. She was very rude to my nephew who is autistic.
