I’m not sure why these reviews are so low. I arrived at 9:00am with no appointment on a Monday. Check in was a breeze, I sat down at 9:02 and was back out the door at 9:16. They were cheerful and professional, couldn’t ask for better.
A total joke of a business. I need a vital blood test for my 96 year old father and earliest opening is 45 days out. What a joke. The Bay Area has the worst service. Pathetic.
Be ready to wait 45 minutes in the tiniest and most overcrowded room you can think of.
I _think_ this is supposed to be the best of all of them? Pretty awful. This is one of those places where time has no meaning. So you have an appointment? So what? It doesn’t matter. Time doesn’t matter. You don’t matter. We don’t have a referral for you. We have one for Mike, but not for Michael. Why would your doctor send a referral for Mike if your name is Michael? The fastest and most professionally run location I have ever been to. It is very hard to find good techs. I really hope it reopens.
