And unfortunately we do not have a lot of choice in Marin. It’s either LabCore or Quest Labs. And, “Quest Labs”, are a GUARANTEED TWO HOUR WAIT.. This place is so much better than any Quest lab. First of all they have a receptionist who is competent and kind. The phlebotomists are talented and the atmosphere is competence and excellence. Run far from Quest at any location but especially Mill Valley and come to this good lab!
I went in last week for stool and blood work, and the gentleman at the front desk said he was unable to do my blood work because it was marked STAT even though my Dr. said that shouldn't matter. so I just left with the stool vials which I brought back today and was turned away once again because I didn't have paperwork ? I live in the east bay and work in Marin I was not going to drive back home for paperwork and be driving around with the stool samples, so I threw the samples out and left, I don't understand why the ID and ... read more
Completely empty location no one is inside. Woman sits all by herself and doing absolutely nothing except for arguing with customers while telling them how busy she is waiting for appointments... Its empty!!! Instead of doing her job this appointasausus is ruling over empty space and arguing with customers, absolutely surreal.
