I had a great experience here with my baby today. The pediatric phlebotomist was a pro and had us in and out super fast. I have been to quest in mill valley in the past and had a horrible experience. This was much better. I highly recommend if you have a peds case!
Avoid at all cost. My daughter walked in at 8 am for blood work. It is now 2:20pm. And she is finally in the chair for bloodwork. She has fasted. They are clowns!!!
I got blood drawn OVER THREE WEEKS AGO and still have not received all of my results. I contacted customer service multiple times and was initially told to “keep waiting.” After more than two weeks with no answers, I pushed them to investigate further and discovered that they hadn’t properly connected the results to my account. It’s shocking how badly run Lab Corp is at this address South Ellisio Drive Larkspur CA. They open at 7 but they close for lunch at 11 am but they won’t take customers after 10:30 am. They re-open at 12 but then they close at 3 pm but they take their last customer at 2:30 pm. On 04/28/26 I was a walk in that morning because all on line appointments were 6 weeks out. Deshona made this a 5 star experience for me at 7am. Wow not only is she a highly talented phlebotamist-- the BEST!!!-- she was warm, cheerful, welcoming, kind, caring. The other person working --um-- not so much-- kind of the opposite-- grumpy, unpleasant, uncaring. But she made up for it. WOW and SO MUCH BETTER than any QUEST lab. Thanks LABCORP. I have never had a more smoothe blood draw than by Deshona.
