Horrible and the location is physically dirty with staff keeping dogs in the lounge. How clean is that for a lab?
Terrible experience at this location, I went for my 4 year olds labwork. The guy checking us in was the same one doing the labwork. He stuck my son twice and still couldn’t get the blood. Stated that I should take him to an ER for blood collection because they have more people there. He also talked about being the only one there and how he don’t get a lunch break. My son is traumatized from this experience.
Apparently their hours due this location have changed. The recording when you call says 12-1, the google hours reflect the same. If your neighbors know yours hours...time to change the public facing information, or even print a sign and put it on the door. Not that difficult
Went to this location because of appointment time. 2:15 on a Friday. Got id quickly man doing the blood draw was complaining about being over worked, not provided water, and understaffed. He performed the blood draw incredibly quick almost as if he was in a rush and completely blew my vien. My arm is black and blue. I have very good viens and donate and blood draw frequently. This was due to careless work and unacceptable
I came in at 2:15 for a drug screening and did not get seen until after 3:30pm despite there only being a few people in the lobby. The man at the front desk was also the same person doing the collections in the back, which is honestly poor management on LabCorp’s part. He completely overlooked me even though I checked in properly.
