I was turned away from 2 other lab corps because they didn’t have a certain test I needed but this location had it They were very helpful & kind. They explained well with any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable as possible. I didn’t have to wait long at all, I was in and out.
Literally drove 30 minutes to my appointment that was at 945. Got a text at 935 that my appointment was cancelled while I was in the parking lot. Went inside to ask about it, they are closed. Complete waste of time!
Had an appointment today 830am . They were supposed to open 8am. Left at 9am since no employees decided to show up or notify me.
I’m not sure why some of the reviews say the gentleman at the front desk is rude—he’s not rude at all. I had the chance to speak with him, and it turns out he’s the only one working there, covering seven days a week. He’s clearly overworked but still doing his best. Show a little patience and compassion—he deserves it.
What's the point of jumping through all the hoops to make an appointment and then arrive to a sign that says to go to the Westgate location. That location is unfindable.
