We made an appointment and where here for our 8:30 appointment on time, at 9:40 when we went to inquire about the wait we where informed that we did not have an appointment even though we had a confirmation. They treat the clients as if they are doing us a favor for giving them our money. The rudest people that I have ever met. These people in the front desk must really have a sad life, by the way they treat others.
This place absolutely blows. Been here several times. The service is slow, staff is rude, and they will close the facility with no notice. I showed up today (12/9/24) for a SCHEDULED appointment and the place is "temporarily closed". There were several upset patients outside the door along side me and one said that this has even happened to her before at this location. Go here if you like to be frustrated
I made an appointment online for a Saturday and even called in advance the day of to confirm the hours via the automated message, but when I got there there was a note saying the location is closed on Saturdays now. No one reached out to me to let me know this. I even got an email the day before confirming the appointment location, date, and time! Very poor communication, and clearly they don’t care about their customers if they can’t even send a courtesy call to those who had previously scheduled appointments.
Kisha was so nice and patient with me. Everyone was kind and helpful. Definitely coming back here for my next lab test!
Terrible service, there are people who mistreat and abuse patients. I went to get my blood drawn and the person who attended to me stuck my veins 3 times, she doesn't know anything. And 2 weeks ago I urinated and they said something wrong that I have to repeat. On top of that, they treated me badly days before, after sitting there for 3 hours and having registered, they didn't want to attend to me. A lady from Puerto Rico.
