Someone needs to find a work environment they actually enjoy. No one answers the phone. Ever. One of the phlebotomist was rolling her eyes and visibly agitated because my son was terrified of having his blood drawn, he’s 7 years old. After stating they can’t provide the bloodwork because of his movement they did not return one of his lab work forms. Awesome service.
Front Desk Girl with the curly hair, is unprofessional and has an attitude. Appointment was for 7:30AM arrived at 7:20AM and due to their unprofessionalism my appointment was pushed back and wasn't seen till 9:40AM. The girl that took the urine sample very helpful and friendly. Only reason why I'm giving this place a 3 star.
Brought my mom in today, really clean & friendly staff. We were there less than 10 mins. Also Responding to the person that is complaining saying there’s no Sink in the bathroom, the sink is literally outside the bathroom. Maybe check before talking bad about a place.
Staff is demeaning. None of the categories fit my reason for being there. The restroom has no sink or water for handwashing. Staff needs training. I do not recommend this place.
Very unprofessional. If I could avoid this center, I would. They seem to at least be fast with getting patients back.
