Let me be the first to say .. ignore the negative reviews! this place is ran great. I had an appointment at 9am. I checked in and was called up in 15 mins. The guy that did my lab work had glasses with dreads. Don't remember his name but he is great at his job. I didn't even feel it when he put the needle in my arm! Awesome location. Make an appointment and your wait time won't be long!
Wait time for an already made appointment is absurd. Come to find out, this is due to this location lacking adequate staffing, as there were only two employees available for both check-in and venipuncture. The lack of employees clearly visibly stresses out the ones that are here, as Mary and I had a little bit of a back and forth, but I ultimately don’t blame her. She did a great job successfully sticking me, as I have tiny and deep veins that are hard to get.

Lo siento, en este lugar hay dos técnicos para muchísimos pacientes, por lo que trabajan mal humorados. De quién es la culpa?
