Mary was very unkind to me this morning.
I came with my mom today for her lab test and Ms KELLY B was very help full, profesional and kind with us, specialty with my mom (83 years old) I really appreciate her value customer service and lab work!
Wait times are HOURS even for appointments. Staff is OVER BOOKED and understaffed!!! Appointments and walk ins at the same location is unacceptable. They can’t get to the appointments with the amount of walk ins coming in, if they do the walk ins get upset. Wow. More staff please and better way of controlling how many patients can come in at once.
I don’t know what location they are talking about I was in and out and Bryant was very patient and gentle thank again
I was in and out of this office in no time. Will go back there again when needed.
