Terrible customer service at the St Joseph lab. (Plaza A) A class in courtesy would be good for a couple of the employees who sit at the front. They have never heard of the words “Thank you”, “You’re welcome” or “Please”. Especially that young woman with her nasty attitude.
They take their sweet as time to draw your blood even when no one is waiting. It took almost 20 minutes before my blood was drawn! Managemenr seriously needs to look into it!
