My wife received a bill for a lab test that was never actually performed; after she mistakenly paid the bill, we realized the error and began contacting Coronis to get a refund. Our first call to them was in August, and absolutely no progress has been made over at least a dozen calls since. The Coronis representatives have given us no idea of when the refund will be completed, and they seem so incompetent that we believe they are intentionally refusing to process this claim in the time period mandated by law. AWFUL! Is the nicest thing I can say! The first bill I’ve received is nearly one year after alleged services were provided. I have been calling since Feb 28, 2022 for a call back and I’ve gotten no reply. They want immediate payment for their lack of timely billing and refuse to call me back.
