Worst experience I have ever had at a lab. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I had to get to work so I left. When I called back to reschedule the lady was rude and talked down to me,telling me that's just how there scheduling system works. I will never go back there.
terrible experience with the phlebotomist. extremely rude and disheartening. Israel i believe his name was. never going back.
