I’m glad some people are having great experiences here, because I didn’t! I was sick for two-three weeks and the hacking and coughing wasn’t letting up. I come in to request a Z pack, because I know it worked before on me. Wait there for an hour before getting in. And there were some people who even got to go ahead of me, even though I’ve been waiting there the longest. If you need a blood draw and are a tough stick, ask for Eric. He got me on the first jab, no bruising afterwards. He rocks!
I can't say I LOVED it because it's a clinical lab. How many of us usually go there to find out what's not right? However, the staff there are great regardless of the subject
Trace is THE BEST lab tech!! I’ve had to go to the lab at least 15 times this year and I just found out I can request who does my blood draw. I’ve had him 3 times now. He is so nice, gentle, and I have yet to bruise from the needle poke (and I’ve bruised a lot in the past). I highly recommend you requesting him, especially if you don’t like needles.
