Thoroughly impressed with everyone I interacted with. We had a water issue arise and everyone here was quick to help, thorough and friendly. All around fantastic to deal with and highly recommend them! Thank you for helping test our water issue!!
This company has had broken equipment for a month. My well water results are taking a month in total to return for a new home. This business has no mitigation plan for broken or malfunctioning equipment per the staff I spoke with in early Aug 2023. Poor customer service with no solid explanation of how they can best serve customers whose water company uses this facility per experience. The results took longer than they said it would. I really expected more of a breakdown and explaination included with the results.
