This company has had broken equipment for a month. My well water results are taking a month in total to return for a new home. This business has no mitigation plan for broken or malfunctioning equipment per the staff I spoke with in early Aug 2023. Poor customer service with no solid explanation of how they can best serve customers whose water company uses this facility per experience.
