Pésimo servicio en el laboratorio CIMA Humacao. Soy paciente diabética y hoy me negaron el servicio alegando que mi cubierta médica estaba expirada, aunque mi plan médico confirmó que está vigente hasta julio 2025. El plan médico intentó enviarles una certificación oficial por email y también pidió hablar directamente con ellos, y el personal del laboratorio se negó a todo.
