Took my 6yo today for his first ever bloodwork. Our phlebotomist Angel is super professional, attentive, caring & actually pretty good with kids. I know it sounded aweful when a kid said no to blood poke but she did the best to ensure it was only 1 poke and got the sample she needed. Thank you
