Katie did an excellent blood draw on me! I’m nearly 70, and have had lots of them (!) so this painless stick and her pleasant personality really made my day!
Hi I’m a needle-phobic here. I hate needles but I had to get my blood drawn and the lady was extremely rude and not nice to me while I needed to get my blood drawn. She wasn’t even nice to say hi or anything. Retrain your staff.
