Checked in and waited about 10-15 mins. Staff was very friendly and polite. The whole process took about 20-25 mins.
The office looked clean, inviting, and well-maintained. I was greeted when I entered the office, and the staff was friendly, and gave clear instructions. When I went in for my blood draw, everything look clean, professional, and well organized. The phlebotomist, Tracy, did a great job, and was kind and compassionate, asked about my surgery, showed concern and shared her hopes for a good outcome.
