Turns out that making an appointment does not really matter at this location. Waited nearly an hour after my appointment to be seen. I will give a 5 star rating to the phlebotomy tech, she was great!
Very fast
When you arrive you have to fill out a slip of paper with a number to be seen by anyone. This creates an issue for folks who are bringing in samples that need to be temp controlled. If Multicare is going to give instructions to take an at-home sample into any "Laboratories Northwest Facility within normal business hours" this location needs to be able to handle samples in a timely manner.
I came in for the first time today for fasting labs, so very early (no breakfast ). You need to go to the lab window and, if no one’s there, you need to fill out a form. A few minutes later, you’re called and you go back for labs. I didn’t know about the forms but another patient told me. Easy-shmeasy! 🤩
