This location is quick, clean and convenient. I scheduled my blood work online and was in and out in 15 minutes. Maurice did my check-in and blood draw was the perfect mix of professional and personal. Would definitively go back.
I have come here regularly for the last 10 years, all was great until the last 6 months. The wait times are always over an hour, mostly closer to 1.5, doesn't matter the day of the week. It appears they have reduced staffing or just do not care. Very challenging when you need to fast and have to be at work.
They misplaced my test and ask me to come in again and then wanted me to get the referral again and not calling back to voicemails or answer their phone.
