The lab tech here is absolutely wonderful. So gentle, professional and so kind.
Lab tech acted like she has never had a child in the room before and asked us to leave without getting newborn blood work done because my daughter got out of her seat twice. There was no attempt to work with us (I could have given her my phone for a second and the problem would have been solved) she just asked us to leave. I have never been treated so terribly in a medical setting.
