They need to seriously hire more staff. Having one tech and the receptionist only and a waiting room that's so full there's nowhere to sit down. I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my labs to be drawn and I'm really not satisfied with having to do that. A lot of people came in and left.
Here on a Saturday at 11:40 and they’re closed
I go once a month for blood draws. Normally quick and painless but if there is one specific person there I swear it’s always an hour plus wait and it hurts like a mother when she does my blood draw.
Techs are good here, but the operation as a whole is a joke. If you like waiting an extra hour for no reason, this might be your lab!
