Very dissatisfied parent. First time we've had an issue with this location in 3 years. Needing a wheelchair accessible door for my child, we waited outside the same entrance we have always gone through over the last three years. The door remained locked and after 10 minutes of business hours we went to the Mary Bridge Urgent Care upstairs to see if they could do my son's labs. They said no and that the correct entrance for the labs was through entrance 1. We had come extra early since it is a first-come-first-serve basis. Wh... read more
