Amiya I believe her name is was very nice and it was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had! I was in and out, thank you!! The front desk lady was very nice too. :)
Florence was the best phlebotomist I’ve probably ever had. She is professional, funny and she knows what she’s doing. When I visited today, the waiting room was very busy, but Florence was worth the wait. This location is clean, staff is friendly and competent. The GoogleMaps directions are to the front of the hospital. You should go to the parking garage, use the elevator or stairs to floor 1. I had been going here for years. They used to be the only one able to draw blood successfully.Then they refused to have the one experienced person draw blood who could get it from me. After the inexperienced person trying i had to leave before my veins where damaged and I was to bruised. In 10 minuntes she got less 10 drops. They called my doctor and pretended like they never printed the labs and I was never seen or attempted to get a blood draw so they can get the orders again. Unbelievable wait time . They take way too long In hurry don't come here
I have wandering, valve filled veins which make having IV's or blood draws difficult. This in turn causes me a lot of fear and anxiety. In comparison to my visit on 12/18/23 which required a hot pack and multiple attempts yesterday 1/2/24 Amelie was able to not only get a draw on the first try but is was almost literally painless. For someone like me she is nothing short of a God send. So much so that my husband even commented on my expression when I left. Thank you Amelie for your skill but more importantly your care.
