Amiya I believe her name is was very nice and it was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had! I was in and out, thank you!! The front desk lady was very nice too. :)
Florence was the best phlebotomist I’ve probably ever had. She is professional, funny and she knows what she’s doing. When I visited today, the waiting room was very busy, but Florence was worth the wait. This location is clean, staff is friendly and competent. The GoogleMaps directions are to the front of the hospital. You should go to the parking garage, use the elevator or stairs to floor 1. I had been going here for years. They used to be the only one able to draw blood successfully.Then they refused to have the one experienced person draw blood who could get it from me. After the inexperienced person trying i had to leave before my veins where damaged and I was to bruised. In 10 minuntes she got less 10 drops. They called my doctor and pretended like they never printed the labs and I was never seen or attempted to get a blood draw so they can get the orders again.
