Unbelievable wait time . They take way too long In hurry don't come here
I have wandering, valve filled veins which make having IV's or blood draws difficult. This in turn causes me a lot of fear and anxiety. In comparison to my visit on 12/18/23 which required a hot pack and multiple attempts yesterday 1/2/24 Amelie was able to not only get a draw on the first try but is was almost literally painless. For someone like me she is nothing short of a God send. So much so that my husband even commented on my expression when I left. Thank you Amelie for your skill but more importantly your care.
Been to this lab a bunch of times over the Bonney Lake lab because the people at the Auburn Lab are terrific! They don't argue with me, they know what they are doing. The Bonney Lake Lab have people that are as useful as a used car salesperson. I would give the Auburn Lab 5 star over 4, but sometimes there is a bit of a wait. (worth the wait)
Phyllis was awesome! She made the whole experience painless and comforting.
