Ken is amazing! He was very gentle and understanding that I needed to lay down for labs. Highly recommend him.
The wait time for blood work was abnormally long. The woman who took us back was so incredibly rude. I tried asking her how her day was going to soften the mood a little. Didn’t work. My daughter was so nervous about having her blood drawn and this woman was so awful. I was abrasively informed that my daughter was not in the system. Her orders must have expired. Went in to have a test done that was required to be drawn by a certain time. The receptionist acted as though I was being inconsiderate for having a timed test to be done because they may need to move me in front of someone else to get it done in time. I showed up 30 minutes before my blood needed to be drawn which is what I was instructed to do by my doctor. I didn’t show up last minute.
