The office looked clean, inviting, and well-maintained. I was greeted when I entered the office, and the staff was friendly, and gave clear instructions. When I went in for my blood draw, everything look clean, professional, and well organized. The phlebotomist, Tracy, did a great job, and was kind and compassionate, asked about my surgery, showed concern and shared her hopes for a good outcome.
This place literally takes 30 minutes to do one persons blood draw. i come here on my hour lunch and it always takes the entire hour. i’ve never had such slow service in my life at a lab. Probably time for better techs.
Got to the lab at 0855 hrs on 7/6/22 sat and waited for 35 mins for them to call 4 numbers, as they are having long conversations with the patients about nothing concerning blood or health issues. Draw the blood and that's that. I mean how long does it take to draw blood.
Always fast and friendly!
I needed blood work done. I walked in and was seen right away. In and out in under 10 minutes.
