They misplaced my test and ask me to come in again and then wanted me to get the referral again and not calling back to voicemails or answer their phone.
No appointments, had us wait 30min and there were lots of people waiting outside and they didn’t call a single person in the 30min we waited. Felt like the DMV
I have been getting lab work done here for years. Convenient, fast and very polite.
I go here regularly to get blood work done. All the workers are usually friendly and competent, I really don't understand how they only average 3 stars, as my only complaint is that the wait time can sometimes be long because of how busy they are. I've been overall very pleased to have them as part of my medical team.
