Since my daughter has been waiting for almost an hour to have her blood drawn, I might as well leave a review on our experience. We came in while they were empty, handed them her lab sheet, and have since watched at least five people (who came in well after us) have their name called, walk back to have their blood drawn, and leave. We’re still waiting. Luckily I have a friend picking my other kids up from the bus, because it looks like we’ll be here way past closing. This place doesn't allow appointments so ended up waiting for almost an hour No estimation of length of time Not enough room for everyone to sit. Please do appointments, it would make things so much more efficient and not waste your patients time
Such a great experience! Im always helped as soon as a walk in!! Extremely quick and kind service. Today was the second time ive been in, and the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I didnt look for her name, but She took her time with me and didnt make me feel rushed. And then Kendra did my testing, and i was blown away with how amazing the experience was. I’ve been coming here since they open and sometimes you just have to be patient to get good service! I’ve had blood clots in the past and we didn’t have a clinic up here in Bonney Lake to do that at Except for quest at the time. Very thankful to have options and that it’s not as busy as the hospital!
