Based on the standing room only front room. I would make an appointment online. I did make an appointment and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. Very polite, very efficient.
Compared to the other reviews I've read, I guess either I got lucky, or they've changed things with staff because my time there was simple and really fast. Just needed to leave a urine sample for another location's pre-procedure, and they immediately got me in and out in less than 5 mins. Appreciate the speedy service that day.
