Lab tech acted like she has never had a child in the room before and asked us to leave without getting newborn blood work done because my daughter got out of her seat twice. There was no attempt to work with us (I could have given her my phone for a second and the problem would have been solved) she just asked us to leave. I have never been treated so terribly in a medical setting.
The woman at the front desk (the black one with braids) is the most horrible person I have ever met, so rude for not reason. Fire that uneducated woman !!!
I was a bit confused walking into the pediatric area, but was immediately greeted by receptionists and guided to the lab area inside. The nurse was prompt and very nice. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend.
